Offshore (FPSO) & onshore operating facility, Offshore oil terminal (FPSO, FSO Operations), Brown fi eld development activities,
Project management for onshore & Offshore infrastructure projects , planned unplanned shutdown and turnaround works.

Act as focal point for reporting and communications between the offshore, onshore and corporate office, stake h olders, local
regulatory bodies, clients, contractors etc.

Familiarity with NFPA, MARPOL, SOLAS, ISPS, ISM, API, and risk assessments techniques such as HEMP, HAZOP, HAZID, Safety
Case, risk modeling, aspect & impact studies, Process Safety Management, PS SR, and Asset Integrity principles etc., ability to
understand the technical documents, like P&ID, Single Line diagrams , LOPA, SIL requirements etc.. Involved in dealing with regulatory

Field HSE Onshore / O ffshore Exposures :
Structural fabrication works: Thorough with safe work practices to be adopted in all the fabrication activities. Scaffolding erection
activity, work at heights, lifting and shifting activities using mechanical aids, blasting & painting works, Loadout, load -in along the yard
quarry, pressure testing, hydro testing, confined space works, radioactivity, pre -commissioning & commissioning activities.
Oil and gas upstream operational activities: Managed PTW system related isolations and locko ut and tagging procedure, worked in
all the hazardous classified area esp. hot -works in classified zone areas especially in zone 0 & zone1, Knowledge and field experience
in reviewing and auditing isolation lockout and tagging system. Knowledge and field e xperience in the requirement of ESD system,
bypass and required risk analysis lifeboats, inspections of life saving appliances life rafts, lifebuoys, and navigational equipments.
Corrosion and integrity management, diving operations , UWILD ( Underwater Insp ection in Lieu of Dry -Docking) inspections, working in

Worked for AWS Engineering as Project HSE Manage r for their EPC Project in Oman from June 2019 til l
October2019 .
Wo rked for Asian Oil field & Energy Services DMCC (AOESL ) as HSSE Manager (Operations) in Nigeria base office.
AOESL operates OML 67 EBOK field for Oriental Energy Resources Limited (OERL) in Nigerian Offshore. EBOK field
consisted of MOPU, FSO & Well head pl atform . Monthly Offtakes were conducted from FSO oil terminal.
o (Contract between AOESL & OERL ended. ) Since April 2017 to June 2018.

Worked for our family occupation (Farming) since October 2014 t o April 2017 for a short period.

Worked with Zubair Fiel d Operations Division - ZFOD (ENI B v Iraq, Occidental Petroleum, KOGAS & SOC Consortium), as
Safety Engineer (Operations) , for their oil field daily operations , Brownfield activities, drilling etc. in Basra, IRAQ (Thru SPIE
OIL & GAS Services) Since Jan 201 3 till June 2014. (SIMOPS Coordination part of daily activities)
o Contract was terminated by ENI BV Iraq, due to Political Crisis & Security issues in Iraq .

Worked for BW Offshore as FPSO Safety Officer/ HSE Specialis t act as “ offshore f ocal point ” at o ffshore for all Safety
related issues on FPSO Espoir Ivoirien, (FPSO Operation) at Cote D’Ivore (Ivory Coast) since Feb’10 till August’12.
FPSO M/V ESPOIR IVOIRIEN Operating unit with a storage capacity of 1,100,000bbls. The FPSO has a crude capacity of
45000bopd and water injection capacity of 130,000 bwpd and gas compression capacity of 80mmscfd for gas lift and export
gas at 1430 Psig at FPSO outlet . I was involved in day to day operations of FPSO as HSE Team Lead and FPSO u pgrade,
FPSO life extension a ctivities. FPSO -Oil terminal monthly offtakes from FPSO to Tanker.

Worked for M/s Petro -Canada Palmyra BV in Syria as HSE Senior Supervisor (Client Representative) for Ebla Gas
Project since Dec -2008 till Jan -2010 positioned at Ash Shaheer (Onshore Remote area) . Report to the Project HSE Manager.
